Straw with green highlights, the Yalumba Y series Pinot Grigio displays as appealing mix of fresh aromas including poached pear, orange blossom and wild honey. The palate is refreshing and lively. It opens with layers of baked apple and pear skin flavours, which are complemented by succulent acidity and oatmeal texture from wild fermentation and less aging.
