Tasting Notes:
Luigi Bosca Rosé is a seductive, magical and enchanting wine, both for its aromatic quality and flavor and for its magical salmon color. It creates a fresh impression in the nose and on the palate with floral and red fruit notes, particularly of cherry, and a balanced acidity mouthfeel that makes it easy to drink. Light, medium-structured, with a sweet and refreshing finish reminiscent of cherry candies and jam.
Ageing potential:
2 years.
Recommended wine serving temperature:
Between 10°C to 14°C.
Recommended pairings:
To be enjoyed alone or with fish such as cod, sea bass, trout or haddock, or with scallops, oysters, clams and mussels. It is also a good pairing for white meats like chicken and turkey, and strong cheese like Gruyere and Grana Padano. It also pairs well with dishes spiced with thyme, white pepper, saffron, ginger, cinnamon and clove, and fresh vegetables such as shallot, garlic, cucumber, onion and celery.
