Sauvignon Blanc Vintage 2009 produced in the “El Paraíso” Vineyard in Maipú, Mendoza located 780 m above sea level. Climate is characterized by long autumns, cold winters and temperate rainless summers. Ideal for optimum ripening and big body. Average summer temperature 23º C and minimum winter temperature: -4º C. Average annual rainfall: 220 mm. Soil is aluvial, calcareous sand. Permeable, supported by stones and gravel. 1% east-west inclination. Wine is aged for a minimum of three months and has an ageing pontential of three years.
