Finca Los Nobles, Las Compuertas, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza.

Age of the vineyard:
90 years.

Altitude:
1050m.

Variety:
A natural blend at the vineyard of old vines of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.

Ageing in barrels:
Finca Los Nobles Luigi Bosca Cabernet Bouchet is aged in new French oak barrels between 18 and 20 months.

Tasting Notes:
Finca Los Nobles Cabernet Bouchet is deep ruby red, with aromas of cassis and black cherries that are in harmony with hints of pepper and clove.  Well-structured in the mouth, with highly concentrated sweet tannins, and the presence of French oak in balance with the fruit.  Sweet, long lasting finish.

Ageing potential:
20 years.

Recommended wine serving temperature:
Between 15°C and 17°C.

Recommended pairings:
A perfect match for spiced lamb, peppered veal and pasta stuffed wth meat.
