winemaking:
Hand-picked in boxes of 20 kilograms. For the harvest is achieved with good ripening fruit polyphenol and high sugar content.
Traditional production with full maceration (fermentation and post-fermentative) of 22 days or so.
In order to protect the structure and aromas of this wine, do not submit a clarification and filtration treatments intense.

Ruby red color with dark shades.
nose:
The nose shows ripe fruit, gentle eucalyptus and mineral notes characteristic of the variety.
mouth:
The mouth has good structure with round tannins, reminiscent of graphite, ripe fruit and some spicy. This wine is intense but smooth entry long, sweet and velvety.
