Hand-picked in boxes of 20 kilograms. For the harvest is achieved with good ripening fruit polyphenol and high sugar content.
Traditional production with a maceration total (post-fermentative and fermentative) of 22 days.
50% of the volume is matured for 6 months in French oak barrels and the rest second use in stainless steel tanks to highlight the aromas and flavors of the fruit

In view presents an intense color with violet hues.
nose:
The aroma of this wine shows notes of pepper, red fruits, flowers such as violets and roses. They also appear vanilla, snuff, chocolate and smoke.
mouth:
The mouthfeel is excellent entrance, with a great structure and persistence. Sweet tannins and balanced acidity.
