Harvesting takes place in the early hours to ensure a low temperature of vintage and boxes to avoid deterioration of the grains during transport.
In its preparation was carried out prefermentative maceration, followed by mild pressing of the grapes, musts for a smooth, free of astringency, but powerful structure.
Fermentation was carried out at low temperatures with selected yeasts and especially for this varietal in stainless steel tanks.

The aromas of this wine are reminiscent of tropical fruits, white-fleshed peaches, citrus and a touch of rue.
mouth:
The palate shows citrus flavors of pink grapefruit, pineapple and peach and repeating the tropical fruit such as passion fruit and mango. Its good acidity makes it fresh, young and enduring.
