Tasting Notes:
Luigi Bosca Merlot is a violet red wine, with aromas of ripe red and black fruit and spicy notes of black pepper combined with vanilla and chocolate hints as a result of ageing in first use oak casks.  Medium-bodied, sweet mouth attack and balanced mouthfeel, with a very pleasant velvety finish.

Ageing potential:
8 years.

Recommended wine serving temperature:
Between 16°C to 18°C.

Recommended pairings:
A perfect match for delicate flavour and small game hunt meat.  Pairs well with medium flavour hard cheese and not too rich tomato-based sauces.
