Tasting Notes:
Luigi Bosca Riesling . Las Compuertas is an elegant white wine with greenish yellow hues.  Nose of citric and floral aromas with notes reminiscent of linden and rosehips and a mineral touch.  Full volume mouthfeel; fruity and fresh, with a delicate and pleasant acidity.

Ageing in barrels:
The wine is not aged in oak barrels.

Recommended wine serving temperature:
Between 8 and 11 degress C.

Recommended pairings:
Fatty fish, white meat, sushi and ceviche.
